Ces Conditions Générales (les "Conditions") régissent l'utilisation des services d'intégration d'IA et d'automatisation n8n (les "Services") fournis par SWIFTORA LLC ("SwiftForAllC", "nous", "notre"). En accédant à nos services, vous acceptez ces Conditions.
1. Acceptation des Conditions
L'accès à nos Services est subordonné à votre acceptation et à votre respect de ces Conditions. Ces Conditions s'appliquent à tous les visiteurs, utilisateurs et autres personnes qui accèdent ou utilisent le Service.
2. Description du Service
SwiftForAllC est un intégrateur d'IA spécialisé dans la génération de contenu vidéo publicitaire (notamment pour l'e-commerce) et l'automatisation des flux de travail (workflows) via la plateforme n8n, y compris l'intégration de systèmes de paiement (ex : Stripe) et de CRM.
3. Obligations de l'Utilisateur
- Vous devez fournir des informations exactes et complètes lors de l'utilisation de nos formulaires.
- Vous êtes responsable de maintenir la confidentialité de toutes les informations d'accès fournies pour l'intégration (clés API, identifiants).
- Vous garantissez que le contenu et les données produits que vous fournissez sont légaux et ne violent pas les droits d'autrui.
4. Limitation de Responsabilité
SwiftForAllC ne garantit pas que le Service sera ininterrompu ou exempt d'erreurs. Nous ne serons pas responsables des dommages indirects, accessoires, spéciaux, consécutifs ou punitifs, y compris la perte de bénéfices, résultant de votre utilisation du Service ou de l'incapacité à l'utiliser. Notre responsabilité totale ne dépassera en aucun cas le montant payé par vous à SwiftForAllC au cours des six (6) mois précédant la réclamation.
5. Droit Applicable
Ces Conditions seront régies et interprétées conformément aux lois de l'État dans lequel SWIFTORA LLC est enregistrée (USA), sans égard à ses dispositions en matière de conflit de lois.

These General Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of AI integration and n8n automation services (the "Services") provided by SWIFTORA LLC ("SwiftForAllC", "we", "our"). By accessing our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Access to our Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
SwiftForAllC is an AI integrator specializing in generating video advertising content (especially for e-commerce) and automating workflows via the n8n platform, including the integration of payment systems (e.g., Stripe) and CRM.
3. User Obligations
- You must provide accurate and complete information when using our forms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all access information provided for integration (API keys, credentials).
- You warrant that the content and product data you provide are legal and do not violate the rights of others.
4. Limitation of Liability
SwiftForAllC does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to SwiftForAllC in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which SWIFTORA LLC is registered (USA), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

- أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية جميع معلومات الوصول المقدمة للتكامل (مفاتيح API، بيانات الاعتماد).
- أنت تضمن أن المحتوى وبيانات المنتج التي تقدمها قانونية ولا تنتهك حقوق الآخرين.
4. تحديد المسؤولية
لا تضمن SwiftForAllC أن تكون الخدمة دون انقطاع أو خالية من الأخطاء. لن نكون مسؤولين عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، بما في ذلك خسارة الأرباح، الناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو عدم القدرة على استخدامها. لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية بأي حال من الأحوال المبلغ الذي دفعته لـ SwiftForAllC خلال الأشهر الستة (6) التي سبقت المطالبة.
5. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقًا لقوانين الولاية التي تم تسجيل SWIFTORA LLC فيها (الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية)، دون اعتبار لأحكام تنازع القوانين فيها.
